I have a claim, what can I do?

If you have received a product with a manufacturing fault from us, first of all: we're sorry about that! 

Please contact our b2b support as soon as possible at b2b@equestrianstockholm.com 

Here's what we need you to do:

1. Photograph or record a video of the defect
2. Include the name & size of the product
3. If the product was bought by a customer, we need the date of purchase. If you discovered the fault in the store, step 1 and 2 will be enough.

The right of the claim covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Complaints made within two months of discovering the error are always considered to be timely. You as a consumer have three years to the right of claim. We reserve the right to refuse complaints.
